Vermischtes B2B Business to Business
"Die Hans Soldan GmbH in Essen ist beim Wettbewerb „Deutschlands Kundenchampions 2010“ in der Kategorie Business-to-Business (B2B) als bestes Unternehmen ausgezeichnet worden." Das ist schön, aber warum "B2B"? Abgesehen davon, dass es fast ein wenig nach Hamlet klingt, verstehe ich das so, dass die Rechtsanwaltschaft "Business" ist. Wären wir Business, müssten diverse Gesetze novelliert respektive abgeschafft werden.

Samuel Johnson (1709 - 1784): "You must not argue there as if you were arguing in the schools; close reasoning will not fix their attention; you must say the same thing over and over again, in different words. If you say it but once, they miss it in a moment of inattention. *It is unjust, Sir, to censure lawyers for multiplying words when they argue; it is often necessary* for them to multiply words.**" Inzwischen gibt es eine Arbeit über Dr. Johnson und das Recht. Wenige Schritte von der Porträtplastik entfernt kann man das Dr. Johnson Wohnhaus besichtigen, das ein wenig Kolorit der damaligen Zeit vermittelt.
